Luther Group was founded in 2011 by Jason Luther. Jason identified an opportunity within the healthcare and commercial real estate marketplace for a firm with a simple credo:

Leadership

Jason Luther is the President and Manager of Luther Group. In 2011, Jason launched Luther Group as a comprehensive real estate development firm. Jason has been directly responsible for over 40 major real estate projects in the healthcare and commercial market sectors valued at a combined total of more than $250 million. Jason is responsible for overseeing the direction of the firm and ensuring successful projects for all of Luther Group’s clients.

Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with dual majors in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse in 1998. He also earned a minor in Geography at that time. Following this, Jason pursued a Masters of Healthcare Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, which he completed in 2001.

Andy Fishler is Vice President of Luther Group in charge of Brokerage Services. Andy started in the real estate industry as a broker in 2001. He has specialized in selling and leasing freestanding and multi-tenant Retail properties with a strong specialty in grocery stores and retail investment properties.

Fishler has extensive experience in all facets of commercial real estate including investment property sales, land development, lease and contract negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions. Andy has successfully completed over $300 Million in real estate transactions throughout his career.

Andy graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with degrees in Real Estate, Finance & Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee as well as an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. Andy also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Masters in Commercial Property (MICP) designations.

Kate Schroeder joined the Luther Group in May 2017, as a Broker/Office Manager. Kate received her real estate license in August 2015, and was previously an agent with First Weber, concentrating on residential real estate transactions.

Prior to her real estate career, Kate was employed for 25 years with FOX Networks. Kate was the Regional Director of Distribution and Sales and handled contract negotiations for all of the FOX Networks including FOX Sports, FOX News, FS1, Big 10 Network, and FX.

Kate managed offices in Minneapolis, Milwaukee and Cleveland.

Kate is a graduate of University of Minnesota.

Ed Aumann is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of diversified business management experience. Ed has a strong background in several industries including food and hospitality and commercial real estate. While CFO for the Bartolotta Restaurant Group, he led the financial team in the opening of several restaurants and catering venues.

Accurate and informative financial reporting, analysis and recommendations of project feasibility and cost reduction strategies are among his strengths.

Ed graduated from Lakeland College (Summa Cum Laude) with degrees in Accounting and Marketing.

Program Management
  • Establish a project vision and define its objectives
  • Educate clients on new concepts and best practices
  • Develop a business plan and determine financial feasibility (services and projections)
  • Prepare space programs, stacking/block diagrams, budget, and schedule
  • Assist with selecting the project team
Brokerage
  • Ensure appropriate communication and integration across all team members
  • Lead efforts to secure necessary regulatory approvals
  • Conduct design reviews with the project team to test validity and resolve potential implementation issues
  • Coordinate finalization of pricing/bidding
  • Regularly review development budget and schedule
Property Management
  • Oversee construction administration activities
  • Actively manage the schedule and budget to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion
  • Supervise change order process
  • Process payments and prepare monthly cash reports
At-Risk Development
  • Orchestrate a complete occupancy plan incorporating all aspects related to Go Live
  • Schedule and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection, procurement, delivery and installation
  • Develop operational transition plan
