Jason Luther is the Managing Partner and President of Luther Group. In 2011, Jason launched Luther Group as a comprehensive real estate development firm. Jason has been directly responsible for over 40 major real estate projects in the healthcare and commercial market sectors valued at a combined total of more than $250 million. Jason is responsible for overseeing the direction of the firm and ensuring successful projects for all of Luther Group’s clients.

Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with dual majors in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse in 1998. He also earned a minor in Geography at that time. Following this, Jason pursued a Masters of Healthcare Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, which he completed in 2001. 

Andy Fishler is a Partner and Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services for the Luther Group. Andy started in the real estate industry as a broker in 2001. He has specialized in selling and leasing freestanding and multi-tenant retail properties with a strong specialty in grocery stores and retail investment properties. Andy has extensive experience in all facets of commercial real estate including investment property sales, land development, lease and contract negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions. Andy has successfully completed over $300 million in real estate transactions throughout his career.  

Andy graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with degrees in Real Estate, Finance & Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2001 as well as an MBA from the University of Wisconsin in 2016.  Andy also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and Masters in Commercial Property (MICP) from the Mike Lipsey School of Real Estate. 

Dan Cowell is a Partner and Executive Vice President of Development Management for Luther Group.  Dan leads the development, design and construction team with over 25 years of commercial and healthcare real estate experience. An expert in all aspects of the development and construction processes, Dan has overseen more than 40 projects nationwide throughout his career, with a valuation of over $600 million. 

Dan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Advanced Technical Studies and Construction Management from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale in 1995. Dan is a published author and an Adjunct Professor in the Center for Real Estate at Marquette University in Milwaukee. 

Mark Eisenmann is a Partner and the Executive Vice President of Capital Markets for the Luther Group, specializing in real estate development and finance for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Luther Group, Mark was the chief financial officer of a national healthcare building development company, where he secured over $1 billion in financing and managed the sale of over $800 million in healthcare real estate assets. Earlier in his career, he served as a commercial real estate officer of U.S. Bank, where he structured 

credit facilities as large as $45 million and managed a $140 million commercial real estate portfolio.

Mark received Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in both real estate and urban land economics and finance, investment, and banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  He is a member of the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and NAIOP. 

Dave Merrick is a Partner and the Executive Vice President of Development & Acquisitions for Luther Group. A commercial real estate professional for more than 25 years, with 15 years at the development executive level, Dave’s extensive real estate background includes ground-up development, value-add redevelopment, acquisition and investment analysis. Throughout his career, Dave has developed, acquired and leased more than 3.5 million square feet of commercial real estate. 

Dave graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Urban Geography / Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Dave received a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Dave is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin.   

Matt Riesterer is a Partner and the Vice President of Asset Management for Luther Group.  Matt's real estate experience includes financial modeling, property management, lending, brokerage and private equity.  Matt oversees asset management activities for the portfolio in addition to leading the underwriting
of new acquisitions and developments. Throughout his career, Matt has been directly involved in more than $150 million of acquisition, development and disposition transactions. 

Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.  Matt is a real estate licensee in the State of Wisconsin.

Ed Aumann is the Senior Vice President of Accounting for Luther Group and is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of diversified business management experience. Ed has a strong background in several industries including food and hospitality and commercial real estate. While CFO for the Bartolotta Restaurant Group, he led the financial team in the opening of several restaurants and catering venues. 

Accurate and informative financial reporting, analysis and recommendations of project feasibility and cost reduction strategies are among his strengths.  Ed graduated from Lakeland College (Summa Cum Laude) with degrees in Accounting and Marketing.  

Kristen Burczyk is the Senior Project Executive at Luther Group with over 15 years of project management experience, including 10+ years in the commercial construction industry. She excels at leading complex development projects from concept to completion, with a strong focus on collaboration, budget oversight, and delivering client-focused solutions.

Kristen holds a B.A. in Interior Design from Mount Mary University and a degree in Business Management from Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC). She is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a licensed real estate professional in Wisconsin, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and transactional sides of the industry.

Alissa Crangle is the Capital Markets Director at Luther Group, bringing over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. In her role, she focuses on investor relations and capital raising efforts, driving growth through targeted investor engagement and long-term relationship development.

Before joining Luther Group, Alissa spent several years at CBRE, where she specialized in industrial real estate. Her responsibilities included property valuations, tenant rep leasing, sales and marketing initiatives on behalf of institutional and private clients.

Alissa is a licensed real estate professional in both Wisconsin and Illinois and holds the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from Arizona State University.

Elizabeth Pancratz is the Corporate Operations Director for Luther Group.  Elizabeth is responsible for overseeing all aspects of office operations, marketing, corporate branding, and all strategic industry relationships. Additionally, she plays a key role in driving culture, team engagement, and client-facing initiatives, while championing the integration of AI tools to enhance organizational productivity. 

An experienced Marketing Executive with more than a dozen years of experience working in Milwaukee's commercial real estate industry, Elizabeth was recently included in Biz Times’ 2024 list of “Notable Marketing Executives” as well as their 2022 “Rising Stars in Real Estate.”

Elizabeth graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism focused in Public Relations and Photojournalism from Creighton University in 2009; receiving the award for Outstanding Senior in Public Relations.

Yvonne Schultz is the Senior Property Manager for Luther Group.  Yvonne has a strong background in business development, office management, marketing and customer relations.  Prior to joining the Luther Group, Yvonne was an executive recruiter for a national staffing firm, and was awarded #1 Rookie Recruiter in the country in 2019.  She also worked as a marketing manager for a national real estate company and a project manager for an electrocardiography products manufacturer.  

Yvonne graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.

Kate Schroeder is the Vice President of Brokerage Services for Luther Group. Kate received her real estate license in August 2015, and was previously an agent with First Weber, concentrating on residential real estate transactions. 

Prior to her real estate career, Kate was employed for 25 years with FOX Networks. Kate was the Regional Director of Distribution and Sales and handled contract negotiations for all of the FOX Networks including FOX Sports, FOX News, FS1, Big 10 Network, and FX. Kate managed offices in Minneapolis, Milwaukee and Cleveland. Kate is a graduate of University of Minnesota.  

Lauren Kyriazes is a portfolio analyst for Luther Group.  Lauren joined Luther Group in September 2024 to support and enhance the capabilities of both the asset and property management team and the accounting team. Lauren's real estate experience includes budget preparation, financial modeling and asset and property management. 

Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from University of Wisconsin - Madison.  Lauren is a real estate licensee in the State of Wisconsin.

Benj Van Handel is a brokerage associate for Luther Group.  Benj joined Luther Group in August 2023 to enhance the capabilities of both the asset and property management team and the brokerage team. Benj’s real estate experience includes acquisition analysis, budget preparation, property management and brokerage. 

Benj graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Commercial Real Estate and Finance from Marquette University in Milwaukee.  Benj is a real estate licensee in the State of Wisconsin.
